Welcome to LumiBrass Works  By accessing our website (lumibrassworks.com) and utilizing our professional manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

These terms govern the relationship between LumiBrass Works and our professional partners, including interior designers, architects, builders, and trade wholesalers.

1. B2B INQUIRY-BASED MODEL
LumiBrass Works operates on an "Inquiry-to-Order" professional model.

Non-Binding Quotes: Adding items to a "Quote Request" on our website does not constitute a binding purchase.

Formal Agreement: A legally binding contract is only formed once a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued by our General Manager, Charles, and the required deposit or full payment is confirmed as received by our bank.

2. PRICING & QUOTATION VALIDITY
Currency: All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Validity: Due to the inherent fluctuations in raw material costs (H65 Brass) and international logistics, all formal quotes provided in a PI are valid for 30 calendar days. We reserve the right to re-quote after this period.

3. ARTISAN PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS
As a specialist in handcrafted solid brass lighting for 15 years, we emphasize the following:

Material Integrity: We use high-gauge H65 Solid Brass. Unlike plated steel, solid brass is a "living material."

Natural Variations: Minor variations in hand-brushed finishes, textures, and the natural oxidation (patina) of the brass are hallmarks of artisan craftsmanship. These are intentional aesthetic features and are not classified as manufacturing defects.

Technical Compliance: Our fixtures utilize international standard components (CE/UL/SAA). It is the client’s responsibility to confirm specific local building code requirements before final installation.

4. CUSTOM COMMISSIONS & MODIFICATIONS
We take pride in supporting bespoke designer requirements.

Approval: All custom modifications (dimensions, finishes, or socket counts) must be approved in writing within the signed Proforma Invoice.

Finality: Once a custom commission enters the production phase, no further structural changes can be made without additional costs.

5. PAYMENT TERMS
Method: We accept payments exclusively via Bank Deposit (T/T Wire Transfer).

Execution: For standard orders, 100% payment is required upfront. For large-scale project commissions, a 50% deposit may be arranged, with the remaining 50% balance due prior to the release of goods from our factory in Zhongshan.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PROTECTION
Original Designs: All lighting designs, photography, branding, and technical specifications featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of lumibrassworks

Usage Restrictions: Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our media and design assets for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and subject to international copyright laws.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LumiBrass Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Delays in international shipping or customs clearance.

Improper installation by third-party contractors.

Use of the product in environments not suitable for solid brass (e.g., high-salinity coastal areas without proper maintenance).
Our maximum liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.

8. GOVERNING LAW
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our manufacturing facility is located (Zhongshan, China), or through international trade arbitration as mutually agreed upon.
