4. CONFIDENTIALITY OF DESIGNS (B2B PROTECTION)
We understand that your project designs are your intellectual property.

Non-Disclosure: Any custom drawings or bespoke modifications provided by designers are treated as strictly confidential. LumiBrass Works will not utilize your proprietary project designs for other clients without express written consent.

Workshop Privacy: Access to specific project blueprints within our manufacturing facility is restricted to authorized technical staff and our General Manager, Charles.

5. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURE
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties, with the exception of:

Logistics Partners: Trusted international carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS) and freight forwarders required to deliver your brass fixtures.
